I
have expatriates, can you help me?

Yes, we can!  One of Celergo’s specialties is managing expatriate payroll administration including cash delivery to expatriates in the home and host, home and host tax compliance, and consolidation of data for year-end reporting.  Celergo has multiple specialists on staff with expatriate payroll expertise to help you set-up and manage your expatriate payroll needs.

Will you handle the payments for all of my countries including employee, social, and tax payments?

Yes, often we manage all the funding needs for our clients including all employee, social programs and local tax payments.  This is accomplished either by providing one payment to Celergo and we handle the currency needs and distribution worldwide or we obtain a power of attorney over a client’s payroll bank account and manage the payments through that account.  If a client wishes to distribute the payroll themselves, Celergo will supply the payment details directly to the client for disbursement.

Do I need a bank account in each country?

No, you do not need a bank account in each country unless it is a local requirement.  We can manage all of your funding needs.  In the case where a local bank account is required, Celergo can help you set-up an account and then manage the ongoing payments through that account for you, if requested.

Do you provide benefits, HR, and time reporting services?

Each of these services is quite extensive when you extend the scope to include the world.  Celergo is primarily an international payroll company.  Part of our company's mission is to continually challenge our team to refine our processes to be more efficient, user-friendly, and quality driven in order to better support our clients’ growing international initiatives.  Therefore our corporate focus does not include providing benefits, HR or time reporting service at this time.  We do have many excellent partners which provide these services and we are integrated with many of them to deliver efficient processing to our clients.

The Celergo Difference

Celergo’s core competency is international payroll for locals and expatriates.  We are not just a “part” of a larger outsourcing engagement nor are we coupled with specific HR services/technologies.  We have excellent expertise in expatriate management, divestitures, acquisitions and new country start-ups.  Although Celergo manages payrolls in all the major countries in North America, Europe and Asia, we are uniquely able to manage payrolls in more challenging countries such as those in Latin America, Middle East and Africa.  We have a very educated, multilingual staff that brings a consultative versus clerical approach to our implementation and client services organization.  We have processing centers in Chicago, London and Singapore that provide full customer services to our clients to meet their needs across multiple time zones.  Our goal is to provide our clients with consistent, standardized processing and reporting on a global scale to increase their internal efficiency and expertise.  We become an extension of our clients’ internal payroll teams and continually partner with them to bring the best value and practices to their organizations.
